Seriously best Vet ever! Dr. Raj always takes his time and fully listens to you and your concerns so he can evaluate and help your pet. I’ve been coming to him for years and will never go anywhere else.

My experience with the Dr. Were frine and normal it's the lesser staff who unalived my baby boy teddy just last week, they don't care nothing bout your best friend they just want you to payup. Took him in for raspy breathing he was alive and well they gave fluids for dehydration through IV we got him back he couldn't even move body was limp he was up barking all night literally stuck in one position we takehim in first thing in morning the staff argues with us about his care and condition we leave him again for more fluids come 3 or so hes brain dead,

Unfortunately, we are no longer taking our fur babies here. Not because of Dr. Raja, who we consider to be a great, caring veterinarian. But the staff, vet techs, and front desk receptionists here are both incompetent and unprofessional, to say the least. They showed zero care for our fur babies when they were recovering from a surgical procedure. No follow-ups or updates were given during this time even when we asked every day. And we understand that people have bad days, but to give a constant attitude in response to every question is nothing short of terrible customer service. It’s a shame because we really like Dr. Raja, but we would not trust the vet techs with our pets or the staff who manages their paperwork.

I have been coming to this vet hospital for several years, but the quality seems to have changed lately. I brought my dog in with an upper respiratory infection recently and I was overcharged on the medication- 7 times more the cost than at an online provider. I was also surprised my dog wasn't quarantined- they had me waiting with him right next to healthy dogs in the waiting area which made me pretty anxious because one of the dogs was a young puppy. Later, as the vet passed me on his way out for lunch, I asked if I could please ask one more question- was my dog was contagious. The vet sort of sighed as though I was annoying him and said, "Oh, yes, he is. He may be contagious for a month." That incident pretty much did it for me- I agree with the other reviews that they seem to be more about the money than anything else.

I was very disappointed with we talk pets facility If you don’t have an appointment and just walk in they will not see you. They claim to be busy to see my pet and this was an hour and half before closing time. My pets leg joint popped out and doctor didn’t have time to see her. I don’t recommend this facility if you think you have an Emergency. Not an emergency facility.

This place has been on my bad list for quite some time. It started with the exorbitant prices for their dog medications. Their response was. We price match. This requires me to do the work to prove that their prices are high to get a reduced price. Today was the last straw when we were charged above their stated price for a return visit for an ear infection. Their response was, Sorry we can't do anything about it as it was a corporate decision. That is the answer everyone wants to hear. To top it off, our favorite vet left the company to join a different office. I will not go back to this money grabbing vet. Done
