Wonderful staff, affordable, easy to find location. Where able to schedule my new pups visit Same day I called in. They are very knowledgable techs, and Vets. Handled all my questions and concerns. Polite and caring.

So far I have had a good experience taking a kitten I found here. I find Dr Dillard and the staff to be kind and compassionate. I find the costs more reasonable, and the service and wait time much better than the clinic that I normally go to. Hoping all will go well with the kitten so that I can move my relationship here. I have several pets. The bigger clinic with more staff and vets I have been going to isn't working out for me anymore because I end up waiting an unreasonably long time even with appointments. Dr Dillard also examined the kitten while in a room with me. The other place always takes my pets to the back without setting any expectations, and I end up waiting not knowing what is going on and then my bill would be 200-500 minimum always. I wish I had met Dr Dillard sooner.

Dr. Ratliff and his staff are absolutely amazing! They got me an appointment quickly and were just so kind and caring. Dr. Ratliff took so much time with us, more than any other vet in this city. He is compassionate and gentle and he and the staff go out of their way to answer lots of questions and help you however they can. I can't thank them enough, and I only wish I had found them years ago when I was wasting my time at another vet clinic. I no longer feel like I'm being schooled and condescended to when taking my dog to the vet. I feel like my concerns and wishes on treatment actually matter! Love, love, love Chimney Rock Animal Hospital!

I am new to the area, and I have been looking for a new vet for a while now !! They were not only the nicest, they were great with my Jax, and answered all my questions!! The price was affordable, and we left very happy !! We will not use anyone else !! Thank You for everything !!

Took my kitten in for her first exam and to get her shots. They did amazing with her! She had fun making new friends and making all the lovely ladies working there fall in love with her! Honestly the best vetinarian hospital in the area. I highly recommend them!

Got appt quickly, considering we are a new patient and was for a Chiropractic visit. Dr. Ratliff, took care of our 6 year old French Bulldog patiently and answered all our questions/concerns. She took the adjustments well and we come back in 10 days for progress and follow up. So happy we don't have to drive to Austin or DFW for alternative care, Mahalo!
