"All Kind" have done an Outstanding job of turning this place around. The shelter has been under new management for about a year now, and they've made the place clean and inviting for those wanting to adopt and foster animals. I commend their efforts, and couldn't have been happier to adopt my own two dogs from their care. -2024

Dropped off what I thought was a stray and her reaction to the place kind of said it all. When we got near the parking lot she began to tremble and I had to carry her. It turns out she was a shelter baby. She latched onto my arm with both of hers when the employee went for her lead. They said they had nowhere to put her. I wish I'd of been able to keep her longer. Theyre overrun with animals. Facility definitely needs major upgrades/addition. A complete new facility may even be more cost effective since it looks so old. Ive tried calling multiple times this week and no one will return the call. We completed the foster application and they responded to the email, but refuse to return calls. If you need something, you'll probably have to go up there. The front desk staff is friendly/helpful.

Very nice employees and good dogs. Got a very sweet and playful boy a few days ago and he's been doing great. Hope all the sweet pups go to good homes.

Having to make the hard enough decision to put my dog down, the worker who called to let me know his ashes were ready to be picked up was SUPER unprofessional. It's a difficult time, you'd think they'd have some compassion. No, she was rude and didn't even reply to me saying thank you. Staff should definitely be more personable, if they can't be compassionate.

While all the employees were very nice and informative. My dog left a 10 day quarantine (which wasn’t a choice) with an upper respiratory infection, and a tick on his ear. Now after spending $115 to get him out just so they could make sure that he did not have rabies (which he did not). I have to spend even more due to unsanitary conditions. He is walking around slowly, can barely breathe through his nose, and has close to no interest in eating. He also lost 15lbs in that short time and his ribs are now slightly visible.

Terrible customer service. Went to drop off two stray cats with collars as part of their lost and found program. That does not exist. They only take those with a micro chip, but they don’t tell you that over the phone or at the front desk. I got berated with comments saying “oh you found them in an apartment complex, just put them back outside”, “why did you pick them up” and more of the same. Those people should not work in animal facilities.
