I had recently lost my cat around San Diego and was browsing through SPCA. Luckily some kind person returned my cat to this animal shelter. This place was fairly busy, being closed on Monday did not help their work flow. The staff and personnel definitely have a handle on their roles in this adoption center. Professional and helpful with their guidance on retrieving my cat. As much as I liked the service the price for getting my cat was steep in my opinion. $100 for 3 nights in shelter. If I was to adopt an animal, this organization is certainly a spot to look for as an option. A large variety of dogs and cats and other domestic animals. Planning on adding a new family member? Check out this location and many others around San Diego county.

Took a turtle 🐢 in that I found in my neighborhood around Euclid Ave, they were very nice while dropping it off, I also got some free dog food, treats and a squeaky toy too, animal services will meet all your needs

I came to this place to look for my dog that had escaped from me. They treated her very well... excellent 👌

They referred me to a dead number and then were incredibly rude/refused to offer any other assistance. Guess they're completely dependent on a list of phone numbers?

Shot clinic was great, having an appointment really helped the process run smoothly. They close all the doors so it's just you and your pet to insure safety and security. Inexpensive and great advice given for next series of shots

This is a great shelter. They take very good care of the dogs. I read some reviews that says that they’re unorganized and the wait is too long. Well maybe they’re understaffed and overworked. So when you go there, take your patience and kindness along with you. There are many dogs in our county that need loving homes.
