It’s long, but if you care about who is responsible for your pets, please read! I took my cat for his annual appointment for shots, only to be sent to the emergency animal hospital and not come home with my cat. He was perfectly fine before taking him into LWAH. They took him to the back for shots, he screamed something terrible. Not once, but multiple times he screamed and cried. When they returned to the room, my cat was wheezing and gagging. He threw himself around in his carrier and then projectile vomited. He was then taken to the back to check the color of his gums and put him on oxygen. Vet came back and said he was doing okay off of it, but going to continue to keep an eye to make sure he is okay before sending home. (Keep in mind, his appointment was at 4:40 and at this point it’s like 5:30 and they close at 6) Minutes passed, I was getting anxious with no update so I went to the front desk and asked for her to go get an update. Vet came in and said she was going to call the emergency vet to see if they had room, they did. She said they have a room for him, but we don’t have oxygen to send you with so we can’t promise he’s going to make it. What do you mean not make it? We came for SHOTS!!! There was nothing wrong before this. It felt like they were just shoving us out of there because it was after 6 at this point and they wanted to leave. There was a possible heart murmur the vet started talking about while my cat was acting weird. But what gets me is they continued to stress him out instead of stopping like they should have. It was a good while after the screams that my cat returned to the room, so yes they continued on him even after the stress of the shots. They should NOT have continued. They should have stopped after seeing my loved one in so much pain. Whether they did something wrong but won’t admit or put him through max amount of stress that caused his heart to fail, I will never know. But what I do know is, anyone that knows me will not be supporting this business. And I sure hope no one EVER has to go through this heart break that I am, with 0 answers as to why my cat went in for shots and didn’t get to go home. I’m very disappointed and all I got was “I’m sorry” over and over. That will never cure the pain of hearing my cat scream and watching him struggle to get air while driving down 81 because they gave up on him. These pictures are right before we left and on the way. Happy as ever.

Lincoln Way is the absolute best!! I was frantically trying to find a vet for my duck. Everyone i called could not help me till I called Lincoln way. They gave me an appointment the next day. Everyone was awesome from start to finish of my appointment. Josie had a good exam and was given meds that helped him and relieved his pain. I would recommend this vet to anyone in need of great care for their loved fur or feather babies They even called to check on him after our appointment. Thank you Lincoln Way!!

I had a 10 year old English bulldog named Tank who I knew was sick. I made her all her favorite foods and to her favorite places before the appointment I believed I was ready to have her put down. They recommended scans and bloodwork which is what I wanted also just to clarify she was very sick and I was making the right decision… I don’t remember the vets name but she came in and told me her bloodwork looks great and she just has bad arthritis… I was actually surprised so I got some different medicine and it was very expensive for everything which was fine if I got to get treatment so she could get better… I got no phone call with the results of her scans being sent out. Nobody reached out to me to let me know my dog actually probably had cancer and that even cancer patient dogs had great blood work. Within a two week time frame my dog lost 10 pounds and couldn’t walk. I knew it wasn’t just arthritis. I called to schedule an appointment because I couldn’t help her anymore. When I went back in is when I got the news she probably had cancer… even if the vet wasn’t 100% sure I never should’ve been told it was just arthritis. I spend so much money on different knee splints. I still have to go in and pick up her paw print I haven’t even had a chance to. So I have another bill for over $300 to pay for her euthanasia plus over $800 paid for the previous appointment. I had my Dad with me who is still sick over the entire situation watching me try so hard at home to get her better with the hope it was just arthritis. I should’ve been called with the results asap the vet tech looked at me like I was crazy when I told her the previous vet told me she had arthritis… dr shew was amazing for the euthanasia… the vet I seen previously was not and gave us way too much hope. I just feel bad my girl had to suffer much longer than I ever intended.

The place was nice. My cat, Lucy, was calm and quiet throughout the experience. I was surprised since this was her first visit. The staff were friendly and I will definitely keep coming back for Lucy’s care.

The Worst Animal Hospital I've Ever Been too!!! They told us our Dog needed Emergency surgery to save her and more than Assured us Everything would be Great she would be up and running the same night!!! 4 hrs and "Complications" later were sent off No Explanations at All and now off to Mountain view in Hagerstown where she died!!! Then they Argued with me on the phone and denied literally Everything and Deflected back on my husband and I as if it was Our fault!!! Never Go There ! $6700 later, if you do choose to go there , just Burn your money instead, it would save you Heartache and Time!!!💯💯💯😔😔🤬🤬😡😡 And below is what $3700 Flowers look like 🤣🤣😂😔😔😡😡
