We have brought our dogs to Bell Creek for years for medical care. Yesterday I quite literally ran inside for help with my limp, unresponsive, actively dying dog and they turned us away. They refused to help. We then rushed to another vet who helped her cross rainbow bridge peacefully. It was an extremely traumatizing day that was made ten times worse when we had to drive all over Mechanicsville to find someone to help our dying dog and our own vet turned us away. Unfortunately I will remember this detail of a terrible day forever.

Itty Bitty Kitty stayed all day for bloodwork to monitor her insulin. They increased her dose and I can see improvement in her coat, appetite and thirst. She seems to be much happier.

We had to put down our Skittles on 11-21-23. The ladies at Bell Creek could not have done a better job during this time. I wish I lived closer to them. It's a terrible experience putting down a loved pet but they really showed compassion to me and my wife. Thanks, Michelle, Madison, Rachel and Heather.

Being our first visit to the Belle Creek location, We were VERY impressed with Dr. Mason and Rachel. They made us and Kai feel so welcomed. Kai was comforted even more when they met her on ground level. It was heart-warming at a time we were extremely worried about her well-being. Thank you!
