We had never boarded our dog before, and the wonderful staff eased our anxieties, and reassured my kids that they would take the best care of our Maverick. We called and checked on him a few times, and the staff was always pleasant and happy to talk to us. It was a great experience, and our pup was happy and healthy when we picked him up. This business is above and beyond 5 stars absolutely hands down the best. 1. The place is nice and clean and organized. 2. The staff is very nice and professional all the way around. 3. My bearded dragon Frank was loved, and cared for like their own. Everyone took care of him like it was their own. He was shown off in the office and everyone loved him. I will be bringing him back to them only to take care of my baby. This place I highly recommend to everyone.

Hannah at Critterville was super nice and helped me get setup & scheduled. Reese has never been groomed before and Critterville did an excellent job. Especially the blow out on all the loose hair. Thank you

Hannah was an answered pray today !!The was time for my Charlie nails to be trimmed and I had surgery and couldn’t carry him in his crate Hannah came out to the car carried crate/charlie in and clipped his nails and carried him back out to the car for me. Everyone at Critterville is so friendly and helpful. Thank you again!!

We have given this place 3 separate tries over the years and every. single. time. it is the worst experience you could imagine. Don’t trust the “rebrand” from Furkidz to Critterville, they are exactly the same. From a business standpoint, they are completely unprofessional, filthy, and disorganized. Our main concern, however, is the neglect of the animals in their care. Our pets are like our children, so when they are returned to us soaking wet in their own urine, dog bed destroyed and covered in urine, and handed a pile of strings that was once a harness and leash because it was left on our dog for a week while they sat in a kennel, we have to warn others. Their live stream cameras have been “under maintenance” for several years because they don’t want people to see the conditions their pets are in. I would rather cancel my vacation than ever give this place another chance.
