Literally stood there while they were talking forever while my cat is needing care only for them to tell me that the vets not there after I waited forever while they were chatting and that there’s nothing they can do for me, I hate lazy people and I hate people that waste my time And they just looked at me up and down like they didn’t know what I was saying or speaking to them. I won’t be back because that was just a waste of time when I could’ve been searching for another place to take my cat to get some help people are so stupid .

This is such a great welcoming place for both Veterinary Care and Grooming. My fur babies have found a new doctor and a new groomer I had previously given them a 5. I changed my rating to a 2. One of my dogs was very sick, I called to get him in, I was told that they had no record of my dogs or me. I have been going to them since they opened the new location, they then told me since I had never had my dogs there, I would not be able to get an appointment for 3 weeks. I was extremely upset and had to take him to a substandard vet My dogs are also groomed there by Bridget.

We boarded our 11 year old paralyzed dachshund Lucy at Animal Kare Center for a week. We picked her up today and she was clean and happy unlike other boarding experiences we’ve had with her in the past. The girl that brought Lucy out to us truly seemed to enjoy caring for Lucy which was much appreciated. The entire staff was friendly and the facilities very clean. Highly recommended!
