This used to be a great organization when it came to their love for Boston Terriers. I had adopted 5 rescues from them along with fostering, transporting and performing home visits over the last 20 years. Recently I had a sad situation as 3 of my 4 Bostons passed away in the sphere of 19 days. When I contacted the group and told them of my past experience with them, they couldn't care less and had me jumping through hoops to get approved for an adoption. I ended up finding a two year old, in Ocala, with another rescue group who were so happy to work with someone that had rescued 9 Bostons over the last 27 years.

terrible experience, the man who answers when you call is extremely rude and has no idea what he's talking about. He has no idea what is on the website, has no idea how much the adoption fee is, has no idea what dogs are still available and his phone number should not be the contact number for this organization if they're trying to do business. He insisted that i need to fill out an application prior to calling to even find out if the dog im interested in is still available, so pointless.

I called today (8-28-18) and the lady that answered the phone was as nice and pleasant as could be. She was knowledgable and answered all of my questions; providing me with the necessary information I needed. That's a "five star" experience to me!

Absolutely disgusting behavior by the MAN who answered the phone. Was rude, cursed at me and basically threatened me saying "I'm.a former cop" I'm filing a complaint with the city.this is suppose to be a wonderful experience trying to find a dog that is in need and this man absolutely ruined the experience,..cursed at and threatened me. Horrifying
