Stopped by to see if I could just change my 2 dogs over from another vet that’s further away. The door was locked even though I stopped by during opened hours (9:45am on a Tuesday). The receptionist gave me the finger to wait outside the door as she answered the phone to take a call. I just walked back to my car as I had to get ready for work and I didn’t know how long her phone call would take until she could at least open the office. She came out as I was pulling out and I told her that I was looking for a new vet for my 2 Australian shepherd (who were in the car) but they seemed too busy for new clients. Her response, “Well the vet is out on vacation for a week.” Well, I didn’t need a vet in a week…their next appt isn’t for 4 months, but since you clearly aren’t interested in 2 new clients then I’ll go elsewhere. Hire a new girl behind the desk that has better customer service & unlocks the door during opening hours.

Very good experience. Gave my dog a thorough examination, clipped her nails! and prescribed medication for her ear infection. Would definitely go back again.
