I just want to say that Dr Kait is the best! The office is amazing our dog was having some digestive issues and they were available to immediately schedule her to come in. The staff is extremely welcoming; she was so relaxed that she didn’t notice the shots.

Great practice! They have taken great care of my dogs and are always available to explain medications or procedures to me. Both my pups have had a variety of issues pop up and Arroyo can always quickly get us in for an emergency appointment if needed, the regular appointment aren’t scheduled too far out either! Additionally, one of my dogs had a bad experience at a vet when she was a puppy and is a nervous wreck at the vet now. They always treat her with kindness and patience. She has come so far and while still nervous it’s nothing like it once was!

Always prompt and courteous front desk service. Dr. Jones is a wonderful human being. Gracious and caring, as well as knowledgeable. What more can you ask for.

These are some of the most caring vets I have ever been to. They really care about animals and them having the best quality of life. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

well we are disappointed, the vet tech came in and took our dog away to check temp and draw blood for heart worm test, when our dog came back she was super upset and growled at the tech. when the doctor came in she didn't introduce herself our tell us what she was doing, we had to mussel the dog cause she was still so upset. our dog has never growled at us or strangers before this visit. the dog didn't get a treat until after the visit (way too late then). our vet back home comes into the room giving treats before anything happens, and all shots, blood draws and exams happen with us in the room so the dog knows they are safe. staff is friendly but did to introduce themselves and tell us what and why they are doing something, office is very nice and clean. very difficult to make an appointment; called 4 times and left messages, emailed all with no response, 1 last phone call and they finally answered the phone. keep in mind healthcare in Las Cruces is about 30 years behind so this is probably the best vet clinic in town.
