We called because we had a snake behind the refrigerator. The dispatcher was very professional and efficient, and told us that someone would be here within the hour. The officer came quickly. Her name was Annette and she did a great job! She was friendly and fearless! It turned out to be a big bull snake, which is not poisonous. She captured it quickly to take out to the desert and release. Nice lady and very knowledgeable and helpful!

Would give 0 if possible. Called and reported dogs habitually left chained out all day with no water and nobody home, nobody ever came to investigate, and when I tried to call back the answer machine would not direct me to dispatch again. Absolutely awful, these animals deserve better

Total waste of tax dollars. They do absolutely nothing about anything. Called in about a dog trying to bite people and chasing people around and they said multiple times they’d send someone out. No one ever showed.

We found a cat dying in the street. We called several vets who refused to see the cat. We did what we could but it was close to passing. Officer Torres came and took the cat. She was professional, checking immedietly for a chip. Professional but also KIND and Compassionate to the cat. She even offered to bring our carrier back to us! I think members of our community, like Officer Torres, are rarely given the gratitude that they deserve. Thank you to the folks who do hard jobs, not for glory, but putting into action, the better parts of who we can be. Thank you Officer Torres!

The phone number is not valid. Says it's Sysco something or the the other. Gives you option to enter someone's extension or to hold for operator. Held for the operator. She repeated the message and disconnected me. I re-dialed the number, same thing. How are we supposed to help animals when the number is useless?!
