Tried to adopt from them, my own LaLa passed and i felt i was ready to adopt again, but thier aditude well i guess ilk go thru the thrifty paper to find one.

So I called them to get help for my dying cat. He needed emergency surgery. They gave me a call back and offered some assistance. I told them the amount that I needed and they offered less than that. I completely understand that they wouldn't be able to offer the full amount, but after I said that I needed the full amount asap they just said okay bye. Like is this the way you guys train your agents or whoever works there? Come on people thats really bad. If those people are working in trying to give help to those in need, at least show more care. What a disgrace

Excellent support service, April was a godsend in our time of need. Responded in a timely manner and offered us help as we needed it. My pet got sick and unable to move. At this time hours were cut so income is on decline. No income available for vet. Humane society came thru with a program that helps with costs. Because of this, we were able to get some treatment to help our dog.

INHUMANE ANIMAL TREATMENT. I just recently bought a dog from this so called “humane society” and after only 2 weeks, I found out that poor thing had distemper. He stopped eating and drinking water; he looked so helpless and I was heartbroken. Then, when I went back to this “humane society” to put the poor dog down, the staff was extremely inconsiderate, disrespectful, and inhumane to myself and my sick dog. This truly made an already painful situation 100x worse. I will never step foot in this inhumane shelter again.
