Very professional, friendly staff. Located in a peaceful, shaded area away from sounds of traffic. Our dogs stayed overnight for one night. We dropped them off on a Saturday morning & picked them up Sunday. We purchased baths which comes with brushing. Both of our boys were fluffy, clean & smelled good! They were well cared for and appeared to have had a happy experience here! We were sent home with one of their bags for their belongings. I folded the bag up and it’s in our pantry. One of our dogs has smelled this bag twice & wagged his tail!

Back in May 2024, I became very sick. I called them and the came and picked up my English Bulldog at my home. They took care of her for a few days. She seemed very happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend them

I highly recommend bringing your pets to this place. The service is very friendly, and their prices are excellent. I called for a same-day grooming appointment for my dog, and the experience was fantastic. The pricing was also very reasonable.

We have three dogs and they all loved it here. The staff is amazing – very welcoming & accommodating. We needed a place for our dogs to stay over the holidays & drove from El Paso because this was the only dog hotel that had availability! But our experience was so positive, we’ll make the drive again. One of my dogs has a heart condition so needs to be given medication; they gave her special attention & ensured her medication was taken. Price is reasonable & worth it.
