OMG!! I couldn't get my little dog Rocky to eat anything!!! The Wonderful girl (darker hair, kind of short haired) sorry can't remember her name, she deserves a HUGE raise!! Anyway, I told her all about him. She was SO patient and kind!! She took the time to help me and go over what I said he liked and didn't seem to like. Bravo!! She found exactly the thing he would eat. Now he eats! Can't believe he's eating every meal! I'm no longer stressing out! Thank you so VERY MUCH!! LOVE PetSmart at Tulsa Hills!! Wouldn't go anywhere else for Rocky!

4 stars for a clean store with really good employees. -2 stars for having betta fish in cups. Stop carrying them or place them in larger individual tanks. People already think fish can live in a dinky little fishbowl. Don't perpetuate that.

Usually, and 90% of the time, I get great excellent service when using this pet store. But the last time I was in petsmart one of the ladies working was rude and did not want to assist me with what I needed. I am always in there to purchase some item for my many animals or to buy a new addition to my family of animals.

Be ready to pay for vet bills for the animals that are purchased. Had a baby bearded dragon for 2 weeks before it passed away. Got mouth fungus growing just outside of the return window for the animal. Paid for vet visits and it still died. Yay. My advice for other it to Get your animals from breeders that care about their health. There are tons of great options online. This is the last time I will make this mistake.
