I am so upset and dissatisfied with whoever Victoria is at Pet Smart near Siegen in Baton Rouge. This is the second time that I have picked my dog (Tash) up after a grooming appointment and she looked better going in than she did coming out. I refuse to make a mess of it but I won’t be bringing her back after this. Not only does she look like she has never been to the groomer but her nails are so sharp that they have scratched up my arm carrying her in the house. It is just ridiculous! Grooming fees are too high for someone to take this little interest in their job. Whoever oversees the grooming department needs to start inspecting the pets before they release them to their owners. I was so mad that if I had said a word while I was there, the police would have had to escort me out of the building. I am TOTALLY DONE with Pet Smart grooming.😡 LOVE the store HATE the grooming services with a passion now.

If you’re in the interest of fish or aquatics ask for Hannah! Hannah is super friendly and knows her stuff! I was setting up my tank and she helped me and guided me to the right path for my fish to thrive! Thanks Hannah

We dropped our dog off at 10:30 am on a Saturday and after 3 hours they called me back telling us he bit or snipped at the groomer. I thought this was a PROFESSIONAL dog grooming and caring facility. We have an adopted dog that has never had issues before getting groomed. This petsmart has groomed him 4 other times. I spoke with the manager and nothing came about. I don’t want anything for free I just needed my dog groomed. I am very disappointed with this service as we always have been very loyal customers of pets mart but not now. I will be sending emails to JK (The CEO) about how I feel, and how I think it should have been handled. Extremely dissatisfied with the way my wife was spoken to and how it was handled

Went there to buy fish and the lady that came to help us was rude and left. We waited 5 minutes and she never came back. Will not come back for this store. Petco has better service
