We've taken our dog here twice now for after-hours pet emergencies over the years, and both times the experience has been excellent. From the front desk staff, to the vets and vet techs, everyone was kind, communicative, and got our dog the care he needed as soon as possible. There is often a wait to see the vet, but the staff will let you know if so and triage your pet promptly. We will definitely choose this location again for any future emergencies.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with OSU Dublin Urgent Care! The front desk staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient from the start. They were thorough in explaining treatment and payment protocol. The vet was direct and kind in explaining her thoughts on our puppy’s situation. She offered several treatments (from no treatment to x-rays and testing) and helped us weigh the best options. When we decided on x-rays, I explained that I was on a time crunch. She rallied the troops and got images, shared them with me and had us out of there in about 40 minutes! Communication was clear after our visit, receipts were emailed immediately, and next steps were planned. I give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!! Thank you thank you for a great visit!

Great people who are experts at what they do. Both times I've had to take my dog here, they have been communicative, helpful and gentle with my fearful dog. No one ever wants to take their baby here, but they are amazing in a time of need.

Absolutely the worst vet experience we have had. They acted scared of our sick puppy, tried to put a muzzle on him (he has never been aggressive or bitten anyone, they just tried to use it because he was scared), and even said that he is a “rude dog.” Our puppy has urinary troubles so we took him to get checked out because they seemed to be getting serious. We waited three+ hours to get his medicine when a woman finally came in and our dog excitedly approached her. She then told us to get him away from her as she stood in the corner looking in disgust telling us that she finds him very rude and shared her unwanted opinion on what we should do with him. He is literally 7 months old, very sweet and well behaved. This vet clinic was terrified of our sick pitbull puppy.
