Description Welcome to Rascal Charities! Rascal Charities, Inc is a 501c3 non-profit organization created to help animals in need throughout the state of Ohio. We utilize money from grants, donations, and special events to subsidize spay/neuter clinics, special events for rescues and medical assistance for medical and surgical cases. At Rascal Charities, our mission is to help control pet overpopulation by providing affordable sterilization, and to keep pets with their families by assisting with veterinary care that could result in surrendering the pet to a shelter or euthanasia.
