This is an absolutely great place to take your pets, especially if you have exotic pets! I brought my snake here and received excellent service. We booked a last minute appointment and was seen the next day. The staff made sure that we were given a heating pad so the snake stayed warm. The staff were very friendly and showed that they cared. Even if you are a walk in, they will stay open until every person and their pet has been seen. The vet made sure to go over different options for treatments and showed a very easy to understand layout of costs for each plan that showed exactly why you were being charged that amount. The prices were very reasonable! They did not push any unnecessary treatments but still showed us all options. Highly recommend d this place to anyone!

Fri 8/18/2023, I lost the love of my life due to a congenital issue and incurable pneumonia. Dr. Barrett helped me fight to keep my Rooster alive for months, trying everything. I'd never lost a pet like this and it was the hardest day of my life. Dr. Barrett is hands down the most compassionate, although blunt lol, vet I've ever met (and as sick as he's been we've had to see a lot). I'm forever grateful for her efforts. The nurse that cried with me as I held my baby one last time and the entire staff, I was told, that sobbed in the back. Not only did they take care of my sweet boy in his passing but they sent me white roses to the house shortly after. I know they think I'm crazy, with how emotional I was but allowed me to grieve as I saw fit. Thank you guys for the emergency drop ins, endless phone calls (Whitney I'm sorry) and, well, everything.

I had a rabbit that needed care, Volunteer worked us in and took care of Mocha. Ever since that day I have been taking my rabbit to them. They are great people. Recently Bean was not feeling well and I rushed there in the morning. They did an excellent job carrying for him.

I recently had to put my 14 year old yorkie down at Volunteer. I don’t know what I was expecting the process to be like as I’ve never done this before but everyone there was so kind. They walked me through the process step by step and let me grieve as much as I needed. I will take all of my future pups to volunteer. Thank you for making me and my family feel loved and cared for!

Scooby Doo

Hopefully my bella roo is back to normal soon. She's not normal and Dr givens was always very good here. Came. Back to the hospital for a little emergency I am guessing hopefully not the same reason as the last emergency we were here. She ate a for completely and they were just were so great and helped us out with getting the remaining things inside of my dog, well removed. Please let us get news that isn't what's going on again. Guess we're about to find out!
