Chad & his team were super nice & knowledgeable! He was on it from the minute I called until the last skunk was trapped. He made several trips to ensure our house was safe & the animals will not return. I highly recommend Animal Pros!

Spent $4000 on bat remediation for house. Andy Moore came out and gave an estimate and warrantied the work. He came out a couple of times after the installation and was easy to work with and removed the critters. HOWEVER we were still getting bats and when we called Andy he no longer worked there and after a month of leaving messages we were ghosted by Animal Pros so the warranty was not enforced. TO SAY THAT WE ARE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE ITERATED ENOUGH. WE FELT VIOLATED. CANNOT GIVE ANY ENDORSEMENT FOR ANIMAL PROS.

Rocky was absolutely pleasant to work with. He did a thorough inspection and explained every aspect of the process. He arranged for my service and even kept in contact while he had a personal situation going on. I really appreciate him and his professionalism! The crew he sent was Matt, Wesley and Jordan. These guys were just as friendly and professional as Rocky. They performed their duties and cleaned up after themselves and allowed me to take a picture to share on this review. The services provided were for a mouse problem!

Such great service! Came out same day and inspected job! Jimmy came back within a couple days and removed birds from vents, cleaned them out, and replace the covers with high quality vent covers where they couldn’t get in there and nest anymore. Would highly recommend their service! Jimmy was very nice and super helpful!

Dylan was beyond helpful and such a lifesaver! As first time homebuyers we had no idea where to turn when we figured out that we had animals in our attic. Dylan was responsive, calm, and explained every step of the process with us! He was able to safely capture two male raccoons, patch our house up, and do the enzyme spray. So thankful for him!
