I wish I could give them so many more stars. They have been so incredible with my boys. After every appointment they check to see how they are. One of my boys has asthma and they're so wonderful at doing everything they can to get him in as soon as possible. They're so kind and knowledgeable. I genuinely could never ask for another office again. Every vet makes the boys feel comfy and remembers them everytime and are always so sweet. We've been going here for almost 8 years. I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation other than they are the place to go! 1,000% would never change.

I have been taking my dogs (Adult & Puppies) to Russell for several years. The staff is always friendly, kind and loving. Docs are amazing and take the time to explain things and answer questions. Thank you for taking care of my fur babies!

Absolutely love VCA Russell! They genuinely care about my fur babies' wellbeing, and they take time with you to be caring, informative, and answer all my lists of questions. The front desk team is superb. Even though it's a distance for us to go, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pets!!

Took my cat in for a simple nail trim for the first time at this place, as I just moved here this summer., 4 minutes tops to trim 4 paws.. I didn’t ask the price ahead of time for something simple like that. Usually paid $15 at the old vet place, not cheap, I know, but I had to pay just a few cents under $27 to get out of there at Russell. I expressed my shock but was met with a blank stare. That price makes no sense to me. The exam a few months ago was fine and not out of line $ wise, so this really doesn’t seem to line up well. Just sayin. Because the other visit was fine, I gave 3 stars but I have to admit, this latest experience did not sit right with me.
