We have gone to River City Vet for the 9 years we have lived in Idaho. Dr. Harsh is great, our 3 dogs have loved him. We have seen for emergency situations other Docs, Dr Puckett is equally good! She had to sew our Addy up and put a drain in her side! We love the staff too, prompt and friendly. They always make time to get us the answers we need. Boarding has been great too!

River city is wonderful with our puppies. We were able to purchase an insurance plan to get us thru the early stages including chip, and spay. Very happy! They are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything about our visits have been pleasant. Highly recommend. Here they are in their matching Spay outfits. So much happier without the cone of shame.

When we take our fur babies in the receptionist is always so sweet and welcoming. The vet techs are so compassionate and really know how to make our babies calm and relaxed. The vets are amazing and really listen to our concerns and make us as owners feel reassured and leaving knowing our babies are happy and healthy. Thanks River City! I LOVE Dr Albrecht! This office is thorough when necessary and calm and reassuring when there is no need for panic. They are amazing at follow up and they always respond in a timely manner with phone calls. I have had my dogs go to three different vets in their 16-14 years and this is by far my favorite and most comfortable! Dr Amy listens to all my concerns and has spend as much as a hour with me in a room talking us through the next steps to keep our dogs healthy and happy!! 10/10 Two thumbs up! 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The group of staff members at my veterinarian office is amazing. They answered my questions about my boys. Return calls, texts, and emails quickly. They’re close to my work place so I can get them in during my work day. The staff actually took photos of my boys to show me that they’re doing well without me. I love the pet programs. It saves me $ because I can budget they care. When/if I get more fur babies cats or dogs, they’ll be taken care of there also. 5 stars!

I'd left a message, and they were very prompt about getting back with me to get me in. Upon arrival they welcomed me in, were very friendly. The gal doing all of the basic vital stuff and documentation was super sweet. Tink was not happy, the gal was gentle and slow and put her at ease. The Doctor was very thorough, did not seem rushed - he took the time to answer all of my questions and explain things - he really cares. I've gotten follow-up texts for updates, they were quick to fill prescriptions and call me with lab results very quickly. Spot on customer service !!!
