I came to this place with my dog. I couldn’t afford what I was quoted but in the end they seen my dogs pain.. they still assisted me and gave my dog 100% of there care. I was able to come home with the security they gave me!!! And I will not go any were else for my pets !!!! They provided awesome service!!!! And worked with me!!! Doctors and front desk definitely deserve allot more appreciation for what they do and the service they provide!!!!!!!

They truly saved my dog’s life due to neglect from the pet sitter I hired. At first I was told my boy may have ingested a toxin from runoff from my neighbors yard later to learn it was negligence from not given basic needs of food and water. The Vet and Poison Control worked together and no toxin was in his system. My boy was later diagnosed with heatstroke and an underlying condition of dehydration. He was near comatose upon admittance to the hospital. The tip of his tongue was black and the rest shriveled up. The hospital staff used their own cellphones to allow me to FaceTime with him to hear my voice and see my face several times. I was traveling in Italy and 20 hours away. I believe that allowed him to fight and hold on until I returned. I cannot say enough about Dr. Campbell and the technicians that stayed with my boy the entire time. I don’t know how to even say thank you to them enough. They provided the very best care!! The doctor even sat with him to make sure he ate. *Photo is 5 days after being at home. He’s coming around and looks so much better. He is still in Dr. Campbell’s care for 30 days to make sure he doesn’t develop blood clots, which could kill him. We are praying for a full recovery.

We went in yesterday for Cal’s infected eye and Dr. Ross and all the employees were amazing. She said he needed to be treated asap. She taught us how to flush the eye and give Cal medicine all in the same day. The center truly cares about the animals that come in. Best animal care center I’ve been to. Here is Cal after his first treatments :) Thank you Dr. Ross!!!!!

Our poor baby broke her leg, we brought her in late in the night and the night staff was very friendly and very helpful answering all our questions. The next morning we saw Dr. Lake, he was very informative and super friendly as well. He made me and my husband feel safe that our puppy was in good hands for surgery.

The All Valley care team is absolutely amazing!! I can't say thank you enough! We have more time now with our Fuzzy Bear, this was almost not an option, thanks to Dr. Dale Lake & his amazingly quick response to Fuzzys needs & the surgical team; Fuzzy is making a wonderful recovery from the emergency leg amputation due to extremely aggressive MCT cancer which overtook his hind leg. Your our hero!!! A million thank yous!!!! 💙 🐾

We had a scary potential accident with our dog last night so we took her in just to be sure she didn’t ingest anything she shouldn’t have. Starting with the secretary and her sweet fur baby they helped create a safe, peaceful, and understanding atmosphere; in which we needed as my daughter was crying a lot. Then the vet tech took our fur baby back and came back with the plan and the potential price all listed out step by step and I was so worried but I trust them to do what was needed. The vet and vet techs took care of her as they did blood tests and gas tests and whatever was needed; which all came back negative thank God. I know they took care of her in back and I’m so thankful. I will definitely keep coming back as needed hopefully not anytime soon. Thank you again for being there for my family in our time of need and taking care of Ginger girl. Ginger is tiny but has a big place in our family and we love her so much.
