The staff at Paramount Animal Care are wonderful. They all greet not only myself but my pup, letting her get used to them as we discuss why we're there. They are patient and caring with the pet they work with while being detailed and clear in their diagnosis to the owner. My pup doesn't like meeting new people but because of the way the staff reacts and works with her, she does shy meet and greets with them each time. I like knowing my dog isn't afraid of the staff and that they try to make it as painless and comforting as possible when we come in for an appointment.

I thought I would have to try out a few vet clinics before finding one that I really loved. I'm happy to say I started with Paramount Animal Care and I plan to stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, from reception to the nurses and vet himself. They took the time to answer any questions we had about our new puppy while also giving our puppy tons of love and attention. Overall it was a great experience and I'm so thankful I don't have to "shop around" for vets.

Thank you so much to Dr. Fineman and ALL his staff! No matter how busy they are, each and every staff member have always dedicated their full attention and love to my dog. Every visit I’ve felt heard and know that my dogs best interest is always taken care of. Today they juggled multiple clients, but I felt that they were communicative, attentive, thorough and made sure my dog felt loved. I can’t thank this clinic enough for the amazing care they provided our dog Sunny. He had not been himself for several weeks and we realized it was his teeth. We had to make a tough decision of pulling many of them, but Dr. Mark did his very best saving as many teeth as he could. Our dog is feeling so much better. As nerve wracking as this was for me, I’m so grateful they listened to my concerns with care and compassion. Thank you 🙏🏻

Super friendly and accommodating. Really focused on accurate assessment of our dog’s problem. I felt like they were careful to not overstate or set up a never ending set of visits. They made a great clear diagonals, which was spot on, helped us fix the issue permanently and how to manage it ourself moving forward if there was a repeat need. A true root cause approach and great service for our dog’s needs.
