I just want everyone to know how great this hospital is for your fur babies. I found this place because my moms dog Pipo was needing help and he needed surgery. They did a great job in taking care of him. Then the expected happened, after 18 years my baby gave her last breath. I was torn, broken. You’re never ready to say goodbye. I called and even though my baby was not a patient there, they took her body in for cremation. They treated me with kindness, love and respect. My baby came home in less than a week. I never expected to see what I just received in the mail the most touching and beautiful thinking of you card from them. They not only took the time to mail me a card but each staff member took the time to write a sweet condolence wish for me. They are not just people with a job, they are family with a kind heart for all animals and they brought tears of happiness in my eyes because even though they didn’t know my baby, they would have loved her as she would have loved them. I haven’t experienced such kind costumer service in any vets office. If you’re thinking of taking any of your babies there, do so they will work with you be honest with you and show you and your baby the love you deserve. Thank you to the entire Westbird Family. I brought my 9 month puppy here cause she got stung by a bee. I was scared for her and they were able to see her right away. The doctor and the staff were all so nice and caring. I would definitely recommend coming here. :)

The doctors, the doctor’s assistant and the staff are very friendly and caring for the animals. They take their time to explain the care plan for your pet. I am very happy that my son referred me to this clinic for the caring of our dogs. Thank you for caring for your 4 legged patients.

I have been bringing my dog Ace here for the past three years where Dr. Smith has been caring for him since. My dog Ace began to have gastro issues starting at the age of 1 year and after 6 months seeing many specialists, Dr. Smith was able to diagnose my dog and give proper treatment which was such a relief. I truly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good and genuine veterinarian. All my pets give Dr. Smith an A+!

I’ve been taking our golden retriever to Dr. Smith since she was a puppy. The personnel has always been welcoming at every visit and are always able to answer my questions whether it be during a visit or with a simple phone call. Love the attentiveness and care that they give our princess!
