They sold us a sick puppy which almost died the same day we bought it. They do not check the animals prior to selling, and the store just tries to make money on selling the animals asap, after getting them from Cuba. It’s a fraud scheme where they make money in cash. Our puppy was sold to us 3 days after they received it from Cuba. The puppy almost died the 1 st day we bought it. We bought it on Saturday at 7pm and on Saturday and Sunday the puppy was throwing up and had diarrhea non stop, and on Monday at 8 am we had to leave the puppy in the vet for a week. The vet treated the puppy with antibiotics for a week and then we also had to treat it with antibiotics for a week at home. We called the store multiple times, and spoke to the store owner Michele. She simply said that those kind of things happen often. After 2 weeks of stress they offered a refund and take back the puppy. But anyone who has animals knows that you get attached to a puppy like to a kid and you can’t just return the animal like any good. It’s not a cloth that you can just return and forget about it. The vet doctor confirmed that they sold us a sick puppy and that they just do not want to admit it as it’s their fault not checking it at all prior to selling. They never agreed to any partial refund for all the stress we have experienced. The puppy had hypoglycemia per the report from the vet. We had to spend a lot of money at different vets to get the puppy healthy. And recently when we showed the puppy to a different vet, they confirmed it has an incorrect bite also. And that you can’t really breed these kind of dogs with those kind of bites. They also sell puppies for cash to avoid paying taxes. This is a fraud scheme and we will be contacting BBB and local authorities to get compensation for all the costs we occurred with our puppy.

We had so much stress dealing with puppy that we bought from this store. They sold us a sick puppy which almost died right away, and refused to provide any compensation for all the stress we have experienced after. Almost a month of sleepless nights. The owner Michele is an absolute unprofessional woman who only cares about making money for selling puppies for cash to avoid paying taxes. It was an absolute nightmare for us. We had to take a puppy to a vet 2 days after we bought it (as vets on weekends are closed) and it got hospitalised immediately for the whole week. After a week in the vet we had to treat the puppy with antibiotics at home and had to spend a lot of money showing the puppy to different vets after, also. The puppy had various viruses per the report from different vets. I would never recommend this store and we are currently working with the lawyer on submitting the complaint as they never addressed our issue or responded to compensation demands.

Stopped in today and the staff were so nice! The puppies look healthy and well cared for! The space was clean and chic! There’s a great variety of trendy breeds too! Be careful because you will leave with a puppy! Haha. I love Royalty puppies!

The women who work here are amazing!! They are so kind, you can tell they truly care for all of their puppies and truly want them to find their furever homes. Valentina & the manager are both exceptional!! The facility itself is kept very clean, as well as the puppies’ living space. We fell in love with our little Sofia the second we saw her. We have her first complimentary vet appointment scheduled, and we can’t thank Royalty Puppies enough for their kindness & all their help!! Should we be ready to get Sofia a sibling in the future, we will definitely be returning here!
