I’ve been going to Bond Vet since my dog was a puppy and have been truly impressed with their level of care. They are always willing to take me for last minute appointments and have followed up with any issues or concerns I have had. Dr. Fink has been especially great and is truly invested in the health of my pup!

Bond Vet takes care of my kitty, Onyx. They are helpful, friendly, professional and patient with my young, shy kitty. They truly care! I am pleased with their service and look forward to Bond continuing to be Onyx's vet-of-choice.

I had a great experience at the Logan circle bond vet and am impressed with the cleanliness and design of both locations, as well as the app. But I was not as happy with this visit to Capitol Hill - I don’t want to focus on the staff because I think they do the best they can, but I found it laughable when they presented a bill of over $700 to address my cat’s diarrhea. they will recommend everything they can even if it is not necessary, but I have found they are very willing to share what is not essential so don’t be afraid to ask and decline services. I specifically scheduled my visit on a Wednesday because they had a promotion for a free feline fecal test but was told I did not qualify because my cat was sick… even though all they did was a basic check up. My final observation is that the app has the potential to be great but prompted me to fill out multiple intake forms (though I’m not sure they had been read), and confirm my appointment multiple times - an unnecessary number of emails and messages.

Amazing vet experience! My dog is very nervous at the vet and everyone there made him feel so comfortable. They have a wide variety of treats while you wait which made him happy! Everyone was so friendly and patient he started warming up. By the end he did so well we even left with some swag 🦴 P.S. I’m a helicopter dog mom and the Dr. answered all my questions and concerns about my dogs allergies and anxiety instead of brushing it off like other vets.

Dr. Fink and her team are the BEST! We have had nothing but great experiences every time we've had an appointment. They are great at getting you in if it is urgent and very transparent about pricing. They take the time to answer all of your questions and not rush through the appointment.

I brought my baby Ahsoka to this facility and loved every person I interacted with! From the front desk associate to the the vet to the vet assistant, everyone was so polite and kind and loving. My husky means the world to me. She truly is like my daughter, not a dog, and I feel like they could see that. I feel like the prices were reasonable and the service was quick and easy. I'll definitely be bringing my darling Ahsoka back here.
