We went here for Valentine’s Day and had such a good time. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about each cat’s personality and you could see how well looked after the cats were. Plus, they are all adoptable! To date, Crumbs and Whiskers has saved over 2300 cats from euthanasia. It’s great knowing your money is going to such a great cause saving cats and kittens.

Online reservation and waiver processes were cake. I booked at 11-something in the morning and had no problem getting a spot for a couple hours later. I was happy that the 70-minute slot was not just twice the price of a 30-minute appointment. If you want to chill and cuddle, weekdays are probably the best according to the wonderful staff. I met Keith, Syd, and Alexis (hope I spelled your names right!) and they were all really friendly. There were lots of cats and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Complaining about the kitties wouldn't be fair to anyone, so I hope others don't do that. I love how they take in special needs kitties - from around the world, too! Music was chill and relaxing, too. I'm partial to floofy cats, but there are currently none there. It was just the luck of the draw because Syd told me they usually have a few. Didn't matter to me either way; I love them all. I ordered a cinammon brioche and San Pelligrino, which I believe Alexis went to grab from the bakery around the corner. The brioche was stupendous. One additional thing - they have 10 litter boxes in the back behind only a large set of curtains, which Syd told me they empty at least three times daily. I have an extremely sensitive sense of smell and I can pick up the ammonia scent of a cat box that hasn't been changed from the second I walk into someone's house. Not a single whiff of during my entire time and there were kitties using the boxes the whole period. 👍 👍 During my visit, the only other customers was a pair of young ladies. Again, this was about 1pm on a Monday, though. I was told that they ate always totally booked from open to close on Saturdays and Sundays, with a max capacity of 14 hoomins. So...your mileage may vary. Just don't be disappointed if you don't happen to read the reciews or look at Google's estimate of their busy times. Be prepared. Overall, great experience, though a little pricey. Cat therapy is better than human therapy sometimes....and definitely cheaper. Unfortunately, Crumbs & Whiskers is not wheelchair accessible as it is down a tight flight of stairs in the basement of a historic building. Parking sucks because you're right in the middle of Georgetown. This really isn't their fault since they're located in a big city, however if you insist on driving, you'll find yourself searching for street parking (likely in the surrounding neighborhood to the north?) Ecstatic that I found this place. Cheers!

The store was very nicely decorated, clean, and had a refreshing feel to it. The staff was nice and attentive. This is getting 3 stars because I did not enjoy myself. It’s just not something I would do again.

This place is purr-fect. Came here with my fiance and we had a blast. The cats are cute, the staff is friendly, and the menu supplied by a local bakery is quite nice. I recommend coming here if you are in the area.

Had a really good experience there. We went in early morning when the kitties were alert and awake. The staff were super nice and friendly We love that people can adopt the cats and give them a furrever home Highly recommend!

THIS PLACE IS SO FREAKING CUTE!!!!!!! To say that I love cats is a gross understatement, so when I say that this place ticked all the boxes for a cat-tastic experience, I mean it!!! Reserving spots online beforehand was an easy process, and once we got there, the staff laid down a few simple ground rules about how to treat the kitties while there. There were cats everywhere, so many different personalities, but almost all were very happy to cuddle or play with me and the other guests! Beverages and pastries are also available, as are merch for the cafe! I can't wait to go again!!
