I’m pleased to say I had a great experience at this location (Kendall) my first trip was at the Pembroke Pines location and my experience their wasn’t great Amanda was very pushy didn’t let us spend some time to get to know the dog don’t recommend her service at all She wasn’t very helpful either. 👎🏽 On the other hand thank you for Juan and Ana they helped us get a puppy they explained all the perks about our new member to the family (Holly) she’s wonderful we fell in love with the minute we saw her and they helped us take her home they are the best 5 stars to the both of them.!!!!!!

There is a reason why I’m not giving a 5 star rating and I’ll explain. My wife had been looking at a Goldendoodle they had named candy for a few weeks so we booked an appointment. Ronald met us yesterday morning for the appointment and he showed us Candy and two other dogs. We left and though about it and late at night we decided to purchase Candy who is a 13 week Red Goldendoodle. The price was HIGH so I contacted Ronald, told him we wanted Candy but needed a better price. He was NOT at work and still contacted the Store Manager and gave us a good price. Here is why they don’t get 5 stars. When we met in the morning the price of Candy included the Chip they place on the Dog, Cradle and a few extras. When we went to buy Candy, we paid $1,000USD extra for all the things they said in the morning that was included with the purchase. Not Ronald’s problem, maybe ours. But if things are included for the price, they should be! We are happy that we brought Candy to her mew house but as a Sales person that I am, if the price includes everything then, we should not pay for any extras, or tell us, and we choose not to buy all the extra stuff!

We just got our puppy from Petland Kendall and was helped out by Kevin. He was very informative and helpful. Customer service is great and the process was easy. Kevin gave us pointers and helped us pick out exactly what we needed for our puppy.

I went there with my boyfriend to buy a dog and the manager JUDITH was extremely disrespectful. She had the audacity to even question if I had enough money to buy my dog based off appearance and would refuse to answer any questions I had regarding the application. She also lied to me saying it would be interest free for a few years but turns out it’s only for 1 year! And once the paper work was all done, she also refused to give me my dog because she didn’t “like my attitude” since I wasn’t allowing her disrespect regardless of the fact that I already paid. And not only that, they gave me my baby with 2 REALLY bad ear infections and she was BONE skinny that I had to take her to the Vet multiple times to make sure she’s okay and healthy. I even had to Teach her how to drink water from a water bowl and how to eat food properly because she had no idea. The only thing I can say I’m grateful for is my new fur baby that I now have and love dearly.

You sold us a very sick dog. And I have the receipt to prove it as well at email back up. The vets report showed the condition the dog was in. Tiny puppies traveling from other states can pick up things because they do not have a strong immune system you should do a better job at ensuring you don't sell sick animals and if by chance you do because you did not know it was sick you make sure you reimburse for the vet bill. Again you sold us a very sick dog and refuse to reimburse me the $650.00 I had to spend to make the dog healthy. You guys are garage.
