My company has worked alongside Pet Limo for decades, but I’ve never boarded my dogs (with them/at all) until this past weekend. They made the process seamless and had great communication the entire time. My dogs were comfortable from the start and came back happy and exhausted (which says a lot bc our newest addition is a spaz). Thank you for taking care of our pups! Will definitely be using your services again 🖤

Ripped off !!! I brought my Chihuahua from Brazil to Miami and when arriving on a Thrusday morning, I was surprised with a requirement from American Government that I must present a CDC document. Because of that, the customs officer informed that I should call PetLimo and ask them to pick my dog up to arrange the necessary documents so that she could be allowed enter in the country. When I called PetLimo they informed that, as I didn't have a reservation, they would make an effort to help me (as per the way they spoke, it seems that it was not their job). After more than one hour, their car arrived at the airport to pick up Pinga. The van looked like new with a nice driver who demonstrated care for my dog. When she arrived at the place she was supposed to be kept, I started exchange several messages to track the development of the process to release my dog. All the pictures I had to ask a couple of times to receive, they were not proactive in this regard. As per the price, I received an email informing the total cost would be USD 1995 (it was a simple process that would take at the most two days) plus the cost to engage a broker that was not included. The next day, I called many times, but as per what they informed, CDC only sent the document 5 minutes before PetLimo closes the office. PetLimo offered to drive Pinga to Boynton Beach and charged more USD 200. I didn't accepted and said that I would be able to drive. I proposed to pick her at their headquarters and they said no (red flag), so I said to meet at the Starbucks in the corner and for that they charged USD 100. In our way to Miami, we made the first payment in the amount of USD 1000 through Zelle. Unfortunatelly, there was a limit to make transfer, I had to use another bank account and the PetLimo agent did not release Pinga without the payment, even that I had made already half of the payment. Moreover, I have to inform also that I asked the broker a discount and they consented and gave me a discount of USD 50,00. Originally it was USD 225,00 and I paid USD 175,00. I asked a discount to PetLimo and they denied. After a lot a work, we were able to make the transfer and I got Pinga around 10pm. Monday I received the invoice without the description of the services I although I have asked for the breakdown. PetLimo sent me only the CDC document with the Rabis Vaccine but not a regular certificate. Also, I think as per the price I paid that should have offered the option for the 3 years vaccine, but of course they gave her 1 year Rabbies, less expensive for sure. PetLimo has monopoly and they charge whatever they want. They are the only company certified to provide services for Miami Airport, which is an absurd. After all, apparently seems that Pinga has been well taken care. When she arrived, she was happy to see me.

Pet limo has given me the best service of my life! They genuinely care about my pets and they make me feel at peace from being away from them. They send me pictures and answer all questions kindly and professionally. The way they treat animals is like no other place i’ve been to and my dogs will definitely be coming here for years and years to come.

I have been trying for months to bring my dog and finally got the guidance and support I needed. They made sure they could help me before I have a deposit, that speaks highly of how they treat clients. My dog arrived with me, they came and handled the rest. I got updates and was treated with kindness and care. I would totally recommend them 100% percent. Everybody in that office is committed to service you and your dogs. Thank you PetLimo for bringing Chico!

We are animal rescue based in India. Since CDC ban we are restricted bringing dogs. Thanks to Pet limo. Because of their services we resumed our international adoptions. We had great experience working with Pet limo quarantine. There is a lot of communication in the CDC & quarantine. The communication was prompt, very clear, their documentation was detailed. They went above and beyond when one of dogs in same airway bill had to be split. They took special interest in talking to CDC and releasing remaining dogs which saved us a lot. We used their quarantine facilities, boarding and transportation.

Our Molly overnighted with Pet Limo on her trip from Barbados to Texas. Once her Barbados flight landed in Miami they were there to collect and then returned her to catch her early flight to Dallas the next morning. Everything with them was seamless and they gave us updates along the way. We really appreciated the pictures they sent us! They wanted to make sure we knew she was safe and sound. I would recommend using their services to anyone who has a pet in transit. And don’t be afraid to reach out. Jackie is there to answer any questions or concerns via phone or text. ❤️🐶✈️
