Most of the time the staff are wonderful! They could be at times a little snippy because they get so busy. However, I love Banfield. They have been excellent with my 2 grand fur babies and now my 14 year old rescue dog. They are very gentle!

Everyone truly cared for our German Shepherd at Banfield. Dr. Jairo Rivera is exceptional, could not imagine a better veterinarian! He took time to thorougly examine our dog, explained things in detail and was friendly and caring to both our dog and us.
