I just recently had an appointment for my cat. Everyone was so nice. The building was clean inside and out. You can really tell they take pride in the place. Our nurse was amazing, she was kind and patient. The vet was understanding and patient. They both really took their time with us. Im so happy with the services and helping me with everything for my girl.

Leaving Hick’s after bad experience and hearing and seeing the butcher work that was done on my sisters dog. The young dr. Michael is nice and good, but always apologizes for his dad and workers. Their prices keep going up and if they let the old doctor do surgery, expect scars and unnecessary hacking. After a lunch conversation and seeing the slashing they did to her dog I am out.

I’ve had a bad experience at my old vet and was scared to take my fur babies anywhere until I decided to bring my little Tuna here. From the front desk all the way back to the exam room and check out they made it clear that they CARE about your animals like their own. They were very knowledgeable and gave great advice on different ways to help with certain concerns. They definitely deserve more than 5 stars!! I cannot wait to get my other fur babies in for an appointment with Hicks.

Feeling so fortunate to have Hicks Animal Clinic in our town! Our first experience with Dr. Michael left such an impression on us that we switched all of our dogs over to their clinic..not because we had necessarily a bad experience at the other but because of how elevated the experience at Hick’s is in comparison! From the reception, to vet techs, to veterinary care the whole staff conveys that our babies are just as important to them as they are to us, every time we’ve been. So thankful!

I really liked the old guy. He would take time with you, provide you with resources and information so you could give your pet the best care at home. He would give advice on where to get good deals on products. The son, however, answers all questions with the same answer: he can sell you something ridiculously overpriced to fix it. The young man is incompetent, he literally can't even tell a male cat from a female. Seriously, after a lengthy physical exam, he listed my female as a male. Now they are running a scam. They wait until after you pet's shots are due to mail you a reminder, so they can spam you for an extra annual renewal. The receptionist admitted to me that the reminder was not mailed until the day the shots were due, and this happened to two other friends of mine. Hicks is a once proud family business that has devolved into nothing but an ATM for the young man.

Jax enjoys seeing his personal Pet Doctor and staff. Alittle testy of this day but overall he enjoys going and sniffing out all of the new smells.... Hicks has been wonderful for our family and Jax is definitely staying....
