I’ve always taken my puppies to Banfield and the staff is always friendly and loving to my pets. The veterinarians communicate well and are sure to answer any questions I have to the best of their knowledge. Banfield has been great overall!

My baby has some serious weight loss and the team here is working to find out what it is. I’m glad that this team is here. Most places try to push “Arya’s Needs” and it’s so expensive as it adds up. This place, they let me know prices beforehand. They give best course of action and allow me to made decisions that benefits both me and my dog. Not them as a company. They give me a rundown of things that may need to be done in the future and allow me to decide if I want/need/can do now or if I need to they tell me what can wait as we await results.

Today I woke up with my fur baby crying in bed. What had been a usual Hotspot the night before had taken over his whole neck by morning. We were given a same day appointment, got back to a room with no wait at all, and given the best treatment I could've asked for. The staff here are very commutative, transparent, and accommodating. So much so, the Dr. Himself pulled me behind the counter to explain the breakdown of the bill and gave me recommendations for further at home prevention. They definitely gained a lifetime patient with us.
