All of the staff is friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable. You could tell that they truly enjoy their job and care for all of the animals. Dr Porter is simply amazing. We've had many pets and experienced other veterinary offices over the years, but none like this one. Dr Porter is very experienced and knowledgeable, but continues to research new information and spends time educating/assuring his clients when recommendations are needed. I always know that he's looking out for our furbabies' best interest.

We were recommended by a friend when we lived in sodo so when we moved to Conway it was a no brainer. We love the amazing staff and clean facility. We also love the honey!!!! I would definitely recommend this vet to any of my friends and family!!

Dr. Porter is fabulous. He is patient, knowledgeable, and very thorough with explaining any issues/plan of action. This is the first vet clinic my dog has not shown some resistance to go to. Everyone is so caring with every pet they see. The team is flexible with the pet’s needs or comfort zones. Glen goes out of his way to help get my senior dog with hip issues back in the car. Jessie is always so friendly, easy to talk to, and caring. The whole team is great. Highly recommend Conway Veterinary Hospital!

Even though this place is clean it's expensive. They over charge for medication and annual shots. I was charged $33 for a small head cone, which I think is ridiculous. They also charged $33 for rabies shot, when you can get those for as little as $5. I am very upset with charges, so never the less I will not be returning and will be looking for a new vet.

We have been going to Dr. Porter for many years! Dr. Porter and his entire staff are amazing. He and his staff are more than exceptional, they are caring and they take such great care of our dogs every time were there. Dr. Porter is very kind and goes way beyond to make sure we are informed and understand everything. His office is the best and we love them!!! Buttercup and Chloe love them too!

We have received prompt and caring service from both Dr. Robert (Dr. Bob) Porter and his staff for the past 6 years! They have seen us through the good times and the bad, and Dr. Porter always provides expert advice no matter what we are going through. We’ve doubted a few troubling diagnoses, but after following up with vet specialists, Dr. Porter is always right! We would not trust our pets with anyone else. Dr. Bob and Dr. Sarah Povilauskas (Dr. Sarah) have even helped us with a few of our animals we’ve fostered through the Orange County Animal Services (OCAS) shelter. They are truly the best of the best!
