0 starts if I could. I initially booked an appointment with caitlin. She is a great groomer I have taken my dog to her multiple times. 3 hours later on the app I see he is booked with Elijah M. This was a surprise to me because I did not receive any phone call notifying me in the change in groomer that I had not consulted with who did not know or understand what I wanted done. I called and spoke with him and he said that he had the picture I had shown and that I wanted to keep it very long which is not at all what I said. I wanted a slightly shorter cut than last time leaving the face fluffy like the picture and taking a bit off of the tail. He seemed to understand after but I was still worried being that he never groomed him. As soon as i picked him up I noticed between his eyes their was no hair and he looked ridiculous as if someone messed up on his face. Elijah proceeded to say what are you talking about as if he didn't just mess up my dogs hair completely. If it was an honest mistake I would have understood but no apology was given from him he walked away and hid in the back. This is unacceptable and no dog should ever be groomed by ELIJAH M. DO NOT BOOK YOUR DOODLE WITH HIM.

I took my cat here to be groomed because she had some mats around her bottom I couldn’t get out, and she had never been groomed before so I thought it was time to get her all fresh and clean. My appointment was at 12:30 and because someone “walked in with a cat before me” and they only have one cat groomer, my cat didn’t even get groomed until past 1:30. The entire process took about 4 hours! I was not expecting that! They also charged an extra 20 dollars for the mats, but didn’t even get the mats out behind her ears! They did a great job and the lady was very kind and did a good job handling my baby, but the 4 hour wait and not getting all the mats out makes me think I might go somewhere else next time.

I’m not even sure this place deserves one star. Me and my partner came here just to browse the pets. A couple tanks with a stack of dead fish. Disturbingly enough, the other fish are eating the dead fish. Some of the reptiles looking a bit sickly, and weirdly enough they happen to be on sale? I’ve never seen reptiles being sold so cheap, which leads me to believe there really is something wrong with them. If you are an animal lover like me I would recommend finding another store to support, they don’t seem to care much for their animals here. Judging by some of the other reviews, this has been going on for years unfortunately. It saddens me. All animal lives should matter. Especially when you quite literally work at a store directed for animals.

I went in there today to get a gravel vacuum for my tank it was my first time being at this store. I decided to look at the fish and there was multiple dead fish in different tanks , you could tell they’ve been dead for a while. Now the fish that are still alive in the tanks with the dead fish can get sick and die as well. It was really sad to see the poor living conditions the fish were living in. ˙◠˙

DON'T GO THERE! Just had the worst buying experience at this store particularly with the cashier working the main register (the one next to the entrance). Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Also, what's with all the 5 star reviews that have no details? In contrast all the bad reviews are incredibly detailed. There is no way this place can get a 4.2 with all the detailed bad reviews.

I made an appointment online after going in and talking with them to see if they could take my senior pet for grooming some knots she had. They recommended coming in first thing in the morning so she wouldn’t be as stressed with a lot of other animals. I had an 8:30 am appointment. Lori was 30 minutes late. The other store employees had to call her to see where she was. I thought, no big deal, it happens. They told me I wouldn’t be charged because we had to wait. And then I’m told she can’t do it and I need to go to a vet. My vet told me to go to a groomers. She said she wasn’t comfortable and at that point I wasn’t going to leave my baby with her anyway. Either hire better people or get them trained. Needless to say, I won’t be going back there and I don’t recommend them to anyone with cats.
