My little old man crossed the rainbow bridge, and of course I was a mess I brought my furry baby to be cremated to the hospital and I was a mess as this was one of the hardest things I ever had to do but the staff was so caring and understanding and supportive. They made this hard step a little bit easier. Thank you so much I know once my family is ready for another furry baby this will be our go to vet. I will always gladly recommend your services to fellow furry parents. Thank you again.

A wonderful facility with very compassionate and caring staff. I brought my basset hound in due to some health issues and they were very understanding and transparent about the wait time. They provided a list of other clinics to help provide options with shorter waits. They did a free vitals check to help confirm my pet was stable. I had to go in twice in 12 hours and each time they were understanding and even got the vets initial opinion with out charging me. They recognize that emergency vet services cost more, but were helpful in providing options before I spent on something that could have waited until my primary vet opened. Great service and trustworthy advice. My vet agreed with their assessment. I’d definitely take my pet here anytime I needed emergency care.

What incredible doctors, techs and customer reception staff. Always kind, courteous, and sensitive to the needs of the pets and pet parents. Maggie has allergies and the doctors have gone the extra mile to help her. Maggie is our third dog over the years and we have taken all of our pets to Animal Medical Care of Plainfield. I highly recommend them. Your pet and you will be well cared for.

We’ve been clients almost 12 years. Always treated with compassion, respect and love. Our most recent experience has been very heartbreaking but this entire team has gone above and beyond. Our pug was diagnosed with a severe case of pancreatitis. She ended up being hospitalized for a couple days. She’s been fortunate to have some of the very best doctors behind her care: Dr Erjavec diagnosing her as well as a follow up, Dr Arkush running tests and making treatment plans as well as following up on how my pug is doing, and Dr Michael being my pug’s hospital doctor. Each of these three doctors not only communicate fabulous with me, they do with each other so it’s one treatment plan combined. These three doctors are responsible that my pug girl is home. Dr Michael has been our primary for almost 12 years and has saved lives for me but all the doctors here are amazing. Front desk staff does an amazing job helping answer questions and showing compassion when I’ve shed tears. The techs are wonderful and even updated me while my pug was hospitalized. I also drive almost an hour one way to bring my pugs her and if you notice in the photos, look how happy my one pug is going here. That says it all.

We can’t even say enough about how wonderful & caring & loving everyone there is!!! The doctors go above & beyond & truly care & treat your pet as their own! You always get a nice welcoming from the people at the front & then the technicians are so caring - everyone there is special & super!! Our dog Lucy got sick & had to spend almost a week there - such loving care & excellent treatment & concern was given to her. The doctors explained her conditions & took their time & kept us posted every day & night! She was very bad for a while but their love & care & determination to get her better got her through - they never gave up!! They’re all our heros & miracle workers!! Can’t thank them all enough!! 😊♥️

The staff were all very nice, especially the front desk staff, which I really appreciated. I did wait a long time, but various staff came in to update and check on us while we waited. They were very up front about pricing and I was told prices on everything before anything was done, which again, I appreciated. I also felt like the price was pretty reasonable. The vet took his time to thoroughly explain my dogs condition, gave me a medication and referral to a specialist. I would absolutely come here again.
