My dog loves going here, however the place is old and doesn’t have enough staff. My dog was injured there and needed urgent surgery to stitch a large gash on her neck. When I asked for compensation from them to pay the $1,000 vet bill they immediately shared a waiver my exwife signed. Then accused me of threatening them when I said I would hate to cut ties with a bad review. Well the person I contacted said she would look into the matter and get back to me. After several emails and calls with no response. Here is that bad review. My dog with a 3 inch deep cut in her neck and Pound Town won’t help with the bill and has told us we need to find another daycare.

I was having a hard time finding a place that would board my 3 dogs along with my mini pot belly pig. Pound Town said they had no problem doing it and also made sure that my mini pig was sleeping near his brother's like he is used to. I will definitely be using Pound Town again.

The best boarding facility we've seen, hands down. We spent months researching boarding facilities throughout the south, southwest, and western suburbs, and we were appalled at some of the conditions. Pound Town ENCOURAGES you to take a tour. It is very clean, the staff is wonderful and accommodating, and the dogs always come home happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!!

Our dogs have been going to Pound Town for years. They absolutely love it and are so excited when I tell them they are going to daycare. They have also boarded there and that was also a very good experience. I trust them completely! The staff is wonderful with them and my dogs love them.

We have been bringing our Rottweiler Beanie to Pound Town for the past 2 years. He absolutely loves it there! He gets so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. Each one of the staff members give him so much love. They go above and beyond to care for each dog. We also love seeing the photographs of him playing with his friends. Would not send him anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Our corgi LOVES Pound Town and always enjoys her time there and comes home exhausted from playing with her doggie friends and staff!! They have a wonderful indoor set up and an outside play area! The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and always friendly and welcoming and treats her like family!! I trust them completely for either boarding or daycare and I couldn't be happier with them!! 5+ stars 🙂
