Description About Hannah Pet Hospital was founded in late 2010 by Scott Campbell, DVM, and a group of other veterinarians and Pet lovers to help remove the primary barriers to having a Pet in the home -- affordability, behavior problems and bad matching -- and to stop Pets from needlessly being put to sleep in shelters or for cost reasons. Prior to founding Hannah, Dr. Campbell founded and built Banfield Pet Hospitals into a company having 750 of the best Veterinary Hospitals in the world, before selling that company to Mars, Inc. in 2007.

Hannah has been there to save the day so many times over the years that I've been a Hannah member. It's no joke! These guys are awesome. I've been a member nearly 10 years now and everything that has comes up has been taken care of. The most Loving staff and super down to earth straight forward.
I have had a wonderful experience with Hannah even dealing with a pet in critical health. In 2021 I had a rescue puppy who ended up having a large cancerous mass who only made it to 8 months old before passing. She received $10,000 worth of care in a 2 month span and I wouldn't have been able to try all of the options possible for her if I didn't have my plan with Hannah for her. She was sick and she passed and Hannah ended up refunding me the $105 it cost me to get her ashes. The night she passed the staff were so kind and let me come in at 10pm after hours and spend as much time as I needed with her. I have honored my lost rescue puppy by giving 2 more rescue dogs homes with me and use Hannah for them as well 💛
Hannah is not only a competent vet hospital but their members also have unlimited access to behavior support. My work with the trainer Emily has been life changing, and Maple is transforming from an anxious puppy to a calm and confident dog that will one day become a therapy animal! I’m so blown away that this is included in my membership and Maple is thriving because of it.
They take great care of our cat. They are efficient, friendly, and informative with the services he needs and has. I think this is the best place in the area, and they have a few different locations, including an emergency room. I am grateful to have them caring for our cat, Magi.
1. I recommend pet insurance of some kind to everybody. Love the “no worries” mentality of pet ownership and pet health. 2. Hannah has been pretty ok for over 10 years. Some things have gotten better, some worse. 3. Prices steadily increase over the years. Don’t think you’re locked in at a rate. 4. You’ll pay for years and not need much care hopefully, and you’ll consider cancelling. Don’t. They get older and need more care and it becomes a wash in the end- or a net gain. For us it’s a huge gain with a diabetic old pug. 5. The pet nurse Bree is amazing. Very helpful, direct, clear, thorough, friendly. Recommend more employees have her approach to pet care and communication. That would be a five star business even if rates increase while available services decrease. Hannah = 3 stars. Interaction with Bree convinced me to comment. The fact that she’s there bumps this to a 4.
Hannah service is not good like before anyone but there are still some persons are care about our babies, may be because of the economy change and things go down during pendamic years. I hope that they will get back together if we all give them a hand. Wishing you all Healthy and happy so the service will be good again like before.
