What an incredible organization! They have helped me and my baby boy through such a hard time. I can not express my overwhelming gratitude for them. Amy and her mom are extremely empathetic and kind. Baloo (my dog) is my everything and his health comes before ANYTHING. In the situation I'm in this wouldn't have been possible without them. If you are considering donating or adopting this is a great place to do it. It helps pups and people like me who have nothing else to turn to. All my love

We rescued Saul who strolled into our backyard - after three weeks of feeding outside he finally walked into the carrier and we whisked him off to our vet for neutering, vaccine, etc.. We wanted to keep him as he turned out to be a total love bug, but blood test showed he had Feline FIV, and our senior cat was not happy with our choice to rescue Saul so we had to act quickly. We called MCAS who gave us Phone #’s for many non-profits, but the only one that actually answered the phone was The Pixie Project. We shared our story, and while no guarantee they could do anything immediately, Amy called later that day to say they could take Saul in and find him his forever home. After a night recuperating in our house, Amy and team welcomed us in and ensured Saul had a wonderful space to chill out in and get used to his new surroundings. They provided such in-depth details on the process Saul would go through and invited us to follow his journey which we certainly will. We are so impressed with this organization. If you are thinking about adopting, need help with an animal, or want to donate, please think of The Pixie Project first.

Nice little place. My wife stopped in to donate some toys for the kitties. The staff are friendly and I applaud them for what they are doing for the animals. Go in adopt a pet. They need a good home!

I had my cat spayed here and it was a good experience. My cat healed quickly and is back to normal. Just remember to buy an E collar. Amy was easy to work with and very helpful in getting my cat her appointment and I am truly grateful for her. This is a good place to donate.

I must thank the Pixie project for giving me the opportunity to be the father of this beautiful creature. She has been in our home for two months and since we adopted her, she has become an important member of our family. We love her so much

echoing the posts of others who have had interactions with amy, the director. she told me the best thing i could do for my dog was euthanize him. he’s only 5.5 years old. he’s never bitten anyone, never hurt anyone, and i’ve been trying to rehome him because i can no longer give him the environment to thrive that he used to have. from the start amy talked over me, wouldn’t let me finish my sentences, consistently corrected me on my terminology stating that i didn’t “understand my dog’s behavior”, and was quick to try and criticize my behavioral dog trainer (who lives in another state) assuming they had used a shock collar or prong collar. i literally had to talk her down and say they never used either of those. i’m really not sure why she was so presumptive and very obviously not wanting to listen to what i had to say. she was more interested in getting her point across for the duration of the phone call. good riddance. UPDATE: i got this email from her the day after i posted this review, which means she’s definitely reading these. she says im “hurting those who are trying to help”.
