I took Lulu for all her puppy shenanigans to this clinic. I was always treated with kindness and so was my Lulu. She loved going there because of all the yummy treats the girls would give her. No wait time. Very professional personnel. Even tho I lived over an hour away I did not mind the drive just to get the best care for my pet.

I have been taking my pets to Dream Lake Animal Hospital for 30 years. My babies have ALWAYS received quality care and I consider Lucy and Dr. Hernandez family. The clinic is clean, smells good, not like most vets, and the staff are very caring. I receive follow up calls to check on how their patient is doing and I am reassured that if we need anything to just call. I am so grateful to have a vet who cares so much for the families who trust them with caring for their pets.

Despite the previous reviews from the past veterinarian in this facility.. I am grateful for the change with Dr. Hernandez & her lovely staff!! I have brought two of my dogs to this clinic and I haven’t been more thankful for the recommendations that brought me here. Both pups are treated with love and care at every medical appointment. The staff is extremely friendly and the clinic is following CDC Guidelines. The staff has already establish a first name basis with the pups and who can’t forget the amount of kisses they give the girls. The two pups have been treated for different reasons and I’m content with the overall care and compassion they have for my girls. Dr. Hernandez explains everything in detail and provides suggestions but will not proceed without your final approval. Thank you all at dreamlike clinic for the professionalism and care you have provided to us!

This is by far the best veterinarian clinic I have ever encountered. Starting with the staff and ending with the main vet. I brought my dog here because she underwent surgery at a different clinic, Miami shores, for a leg amputation. I was so disappointed with the results from the other place that I started asking around and was recommended to come here. From the moment I stepped into the clinic there was a completely different ambiance. Everything was cleaned and smelled impeccable. The vet techs and front desk greeted me warm heartedly. And the doctor .... she was outstanding ! You can truly tell she cares and has passion for what she does. It was not a money hungry facility like the other places I took my dog to. I was impressed by their honesty and the willingness to help with my situation with Sandy. Needless to say I now bring all my pets here and trust this clinic over any other clinic in Miami. Sandy is cured and happy to date, she does not trust anyone that comes to pet her but she allows doctor Hernandez to do so every time she visits. I am so pleased and grateful for this facility!
