STAY AWAY! Terrible experience. I arrived with my dog and when the vet entered the room, she did not even say hello to my dog or start to get him to warm up to her by offering cheese or something where my normal vet does. My dog was shaking uncontrollably. Instead, I mention a cyst on my dog and she immediately approaches my dog to look at it, knowing he has anxiety being there, so of course he barks at her to back off. She became afraid of him. My dog was put under sedation for his appointment as he has that level of anxiety, but when I arrived to pick him up he looked absolutely terrified and was covered in his own urine. The vet said to me “he’s covered in pee but that’s because we didn’t want to go in there, he was unhappy.” She didn’t even try to get him to warm up to her or to take him out. I then have my hands covered in urine, my dog’s collar and leash were covered in it, and he had to sit in the back of my car covered. I contacted Wellhavn for a 20% refund given my experience off a steep $1100 bill and they refused it. I will not be back and I will be spreading the word.

We used the online booking tool! It was so easy and we were able to get in the same day as requested. The team was great with our dog, Mickey. The hospital is very clean and everyone is so kind.

Absolutely the best place to take your animal. My first vet told me my cat needed to be sedated to be checked out, but these guys assured me it wasn't necessary and have taken the absolute best care of him. They even took the time to call me after he had teeth pulled to make sure he was doing okay, the other vet never did anything like that. Thank you again so much for the love and care!

My dog has trauma from a previous vet so he's not very trusting of the vets office. He feels so comfortable with Wellhaven. They will examine him on the floor and he loves all the peanut butter they let him have! Great experience so far!

After being disappointed by a previous vet, this vet went above and beyond to help my newly adopted kitty that I found as a stray! My kitty came in originally because of a possible respiratory infection and a lump on his mouth, and not only did they figure out what was wrong with his mouth (not cancerous by the way thank goodness) and get us medicine to help with the respiratory infection, but they also took the time to check and clean his ears and noticed that his ears had a bacterial infection! This is the healthiest I’ve seen my new baby after being on his meds for only three days! They were also very kind and understanding to my kitty, even when he got nervous they were always gentle. It was a little spendy but that’s honestly because of all the medication that they had to give him, I think the initial examination was pretty affordable. I also like that they email you an itemized receipt so you know what you are paying for! Overall I’d definitely recommend this place!

Very kind and considerate staff and veterinarians. Vet took lots of time with my pet and I to explain and answer any questions I had. Love their plans that help budget the costs of vaccines, blood work, and the free exams! Will be recommending to my friends and family!
