I have vet clinics all around my house but I drive 30 minutes to go to Cypress Fairhaven because of the high quality care that they provide. The staff are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable about different breeds. The office/ exam rooms are always very clean. Most importantly, my dogs always feel comfortable and care for there. It’s obvious they love your pets as if they are their own (treats and snuggles are always given out). I trust their guidance with my dogs’ health and really appreciate that although they are honest with what procedures may be needed, and can be costly at times, they are never pushy. I’ve always had a great experience there.

I had a great experience taking my dog Rocky for a sick visit. Not only was I able to get an appointment quickly everyone was so nice and they took such good care of my dog. From greeting him ( he’s a very nervous dog) to making sure he was as comfortable as he can be during his exam. Dr Jones was amazing and she went over all our options. She genuinely seemed to care about my dog and she took the time to answer all questions I had. Liz was the tech who greeted us before seeing the doctor and she too was amazing and did a thorough assessment of my dog prior to the vet seeing him. She was so personable and appeared she really cared about my dogs comfort and wellbeing also.

Cypress Fairhaven is the best vet we have ever been to. The vets are all fantastic but so is all the staff from the gals in the front who know you when you come to the techs in the back. They are always willing to get in in asap. We recently had a great experience with Josie. She was fantastic with our Dog. We love Cypress Fairhaven

Cypress Fairhaven Animal Hospital’s Boarding facility is “Paws”atively the best! The care that our two fur-babies receive is phenomenal. They are greeted so sweetly from the wonderful & friendly staff each & every time we board them. We love getting a daily text update with their smiling pictures included! The exit bath they each receive as we pick them up for their departure leaves them smelling clean & refreshed after their stay! Great staff. Dr Jordan has been the vet we have been seeing Maggie Mae for her anxiety. He is very thorough and always answers all questions and addresses our concerns. All the vets as well as the staff are caring and compassionate.

So grateful for the BEST vet hospital! Today specifically, I called desperate for an appointment because my dog had spent all night crying with a hurt leg. They got me in right at 9am and took AMAZING care of him (like they always do). We did X-rays and got him on pain meds. My heart is less worried now and our dog is in much needed relief now. So so glad this is our home vet ❤️
