Our sweet Daisy was deteriorating in health for months. We knew the day would happen that we would have to put her to sleep. That staff at Tru Companion showed us the kindest and heartfelt condolences. They assisted us in this hard task of saying good bye to our sweet Daisy. One of the hardest and saddest day of our lives.

Have been here two times on non emergencies and super happy to add them to our regular team of vets for our cats and dogs. The office is very clean and the entire staff is so friendly and supportive. Dr Groemminger is so thorough, listens to patients and cares so much about patients. She was in surgery less than 5 minutes before our appointment and she still made time. Would highly recommend them!

Love this practice. Always super professional and caring. I've been here for a few different things with my beloved pitbull and have been very happy each time. Blood work is comprehensive and recently had to determine if some lumps were cancerous or fatty tumors. Thank God they were fatty tumors but actually saw images of them which was very reassuring and something I haven't gotten at other vets. I highly recommend this Vet and the people that work there.

My dog had his 1st visit today with a new Vet. They were all very pleasant to my dog and myself. He was handle well, the vet was very knowledgeable and checked him out thoroughly. He seem to be at ease with her. It was a great visit with obviously trained personnel. I am extremely grateful to the pleasant and competent staff.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with True Companion where I took my cat for some tests. We live in the neighborhood and the fact that the vet clinic was able to see our cat immediately, without any wait time, initially seemed like a blessing. However, in hindsight, this should have served as a warning sign. It became apparent that their lack of busyness was not due to efficiency, but rather a reflection of their reputation. People seem to avoid this clinic for a reason, and our experience underscores why—it's not just about availability, but the quality of care and communication that truly matters. Despite Doctor being quick to suggest several tests and charge $600 for the services, they completely failed in their follow-up duties. There was no communication whatsoever, no call or email to inform me of my cat's diagnosis. This lack of communication and care has been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking genuine care and attention for their pets. I reached out to the clinic several times in the last two weeks via phone and email and the answer has been consistently that “doctor will be giving you a call back” but we never heard back.

I brought my 2 dogs in for a vet visit and it was a very unpleasant one. The doctor was very painfully persistent on getting one of our pets to get on lengthy treatments that would only serve to assist a process of elimination and not an actual solution. We felt as if they were just trying to sell us things to make more money off of us. I kept declining and she kept using phrases like “suit yourself” or “if something happens to your dog is not going to be on me”. The only person that was kind and receptive was the vet tech but I definitely don’t recommend and won’t be coming back.
