Wow working for this place has thought me follow honest reviews not paid reviews I never seen a doctor use the same surgery tools on multiple different patients back to back no sterilization in between nothing I have seen this guy hit animals with no remorse on serval occasions the way he handles animals under anesthesia is crazy They don’t even use gloves The doctor won’t even give patients the name of the medicine he say the patients need if they don’t buy it from him They are giving people 30$ off there high price tab just to get a five star review the reviews from the last week are paid reviews google and yelp paid reviews The doctor and his wife have attacked people and talked to people so crazy and try to play victim over and over again They refuse to pay the employees on time don’t provide worker’s compensation Place untrained employees in dangerous work stations I have reported them to the bbb because this makes no sense nothing is happy about this place As of today I no longer work for this place they are all about self rude with very poor communication And if the owner reply with disrespect I will upload that video of assault and you will have bigger problems

Heartless is the only word. When my mother’s dog was sick we took her there because it’s where she had always taken her. She had a terrible uterus infection and we had to make the terrible decision to let her go. We knew it was the right thing to do no matter how difficult it was. The doctor showed very little sympathy and scolded me for not bringing my own dogs to him even though he is exceedingly expensive compared to other doctors in the area. To add insult to injury he charged us over $500 to cremate our little 14 pound baby. Shameful is the only word I have to take advantage of people in such a vulnerable moment.

Brought my dog here as a last resort because she had a hematoma and we were worried it would get worse if we didn’t take her in as soon as possible since her regular vet was booked for 2 days out. They scammed us into buying a $300 test plus medication for her ear infection and try getting us to finance a $1200-$1500 surgery. They told us she had 2 different infections, one being yeast and the other being something with an s. It was a lie only had the yeast infection in her ears since we went to a different vet to get her treated and they also took care of the hematoma. Apparently they look to see what type of car you drive to see how much they can get out of you.

This “vet” is NOT HONEST and certainly not gentle with our dog that’s in a great amount of pain. Tried to use our dog’s pain to get us to pay outrageous prices and told us no other vet would be able to do oral work in Houston area. Don’t assume your local clients haven’t worked in the field before you start spewing lies. I wish my wife would have checked the reviews before going here. I wish 0 stars was an option.

Brought our new addition to the family to Happy Pets Vets an they were great and helpful! She received her first set of shots. They were so caring and gentle. The service was amazing.

I have to put a star doesn't let me put zero. Vet literally said not to waste his time. I paid 85 dollars for the vet to take me dogs temperature and review her. Doctor is out his mind. My dog has a yeast infection and her paws are red because she has allergies. He told us it was 75 dollars for an ear swab. Proceeds to tell me that my dog needs her food changed and if I need to change my other dogs food if I have another dog. Which is irrelevant to the situation. Said treatment for my dogs ear which I know it's yeast she's had it before in her ears would be 300.00!!!!! Out of his mind, then tells me if I won't follow what he says don't waste his time. WTTFFF. He also told me to get a care credit card because he would be paying the interest until I pay it off. A complete joke!!
