Horrible experience. I have a stray cat that I have found and did not want outside by itself. I have let her inside and gave her a bed to stay in for the night and I called the next day to have them come pick up the animal and the lady who answered was super rude and unhelpful. Saying she went on my Facebook and said she found a post about me trying to find a home for this STRAY cat so now I can't have anybody help me. I don't know why she was going on my Facebook to begin with but it would have been nice to have some help rather than what I dealt with. I love blue springs but that was just baffling how horrible that lady was.

Twice I’ve had bats in my home and city of blue Springs came and successfully got them out free of charge! Thank God because we were terrified! Forever grateful.

I lost my cat at stmarys manor and was worried I would never get him back he was in woods by I70 and I thought my Hope was bare to none they came and set up trap I stayed with cat until midnight I got a call at 8 from shelter saying anthoer cat was in cage at that point I thought he was gone but around 345 while I was at work I got a call saying they had Norman my dad went and picked them up they did no charge for nothing even gave me a cage for free this was a great experience and I want to say thank you for all you've done now I have my cat back
