The environment at Brackett street vet is inclusive, compassionate, and you truly feel as though they care about your pet and they are not just a number. They helped my previous dog live 2 extra years of quality life because they were willing to go through some hoops to get my dog a medication that no one else would. Now that I have a new puppy -and even though I live almost an hour away - I didn’t even consider going elsewhere. It’s definitely worth the drive. They are never rushed and make sure to thoroughly answer all your questions. They also are fast to give personal follow-up phone calls about test results and other info direct from the vet. Great practice! I would recommend it to anyone with a fuzzy bundle of love at home!

Brackett Street Vet was great with my very anxious dog Max. Not only did they help him with his anxiety but they helped us clear up a nasty rash that had been lingering for a year. Max is so much happier now and so are we. From the vets to the techs to the office staff, everyone at Brackett Street does their best to make your pet and pet owners feel at home.

I have been taking my dog to this vet for over 3 years now, Dr King is absolutely amazing with him. She cares for him as if he is her own. Brook at the receptionist desk is absolutely amazing- quick to respond and research. My dog looks forward to going there because he feels comfortable. I love that they follow up after the visit to see how my pup is doing, very considerate. Thank you team for all you do in keeping our animals safe and feeling better!

I just spent the morning navigating the stressful topic of pet insurance, and the Brackett Street Vet team has been so knowledgeable and supportive! I felt guilty calling several times asking for their recommendations and questions, but they were so helpful and patient. It definitely recommends our experience over the years! My cat has been a patient since ~2018 and they have always been kind, flexible, and awesome!

I called Brackett Street panicking when my cat lost her balance and wouldn’t eat. They were able to get me in within two hours at their Bishop St location, diagnosed the problem, created a medication strategy, and I was out an hour later feeling confident in their diagnosis and treatment plan. Couldn’t have asked for a more painless experience. You can trust these folks with your babies.

I brought my cat to the clinic a week ago for a first exam with them, after I adopted her. (It took a couple of tries to get her there. Kitty did NOT like being picked up or going into a carrier AT ALL so I had to reschedule which they were very patient and understanding about. Even offered some practical suggestions on how to make being transported easier on her. ) Once there, it was obvious that they love animals and are very knowledgeable about various health issues pets might have. They were reassuring her when she was frightened, and answered every question I had clearly and thoroughly while doing a complete physical exam on her. They also mentioned things I wouldn't have thought to ask about, I hadn't owned a cat in a long time so that was definitely appreciated. All in all, five stars and I would absolutely recommend the Brackett Street team to any pet owner.
