Dr. Sawyer was really great to work with. Breathe of fresh air. This was our first couple of visits with her, as she’s new to Highland Animal Clinic. She was very thorough, worked well with our dog, and his humans. Very pleasant to be around. Honest with possible diagnosis. Fit us in an unexpected timely manner. Grateful that she was able to take a look at our guy so quickly. Monica is wonderful, we’ve always appreciated her care for our pups. The front desk staff was also very kind. Highly recommend! My mom and I have brought all of our pets to Highland for many, many years. I love that it is a family run business and there is continuity in care. Dr. Jen always takes time to genuinely listen to concerns and provide useful feedback. The vet techs are also so lovely and gentle with my pets. The scheduling process is easy and not difficult to get an appointment in relatively short notice as an established client.

Stole my money without an appointment. I made an appointment for a Monday on a Friday. They took my deposit for the exam without telling me that it was nonrefundable from that time on. I got a text on Sunday asking to confirm the appointment. I selected “cancel” because my cat had to be seen sooner at a vet elsewhere. I called Monday to make sure the appointment was cancelled. They said they couldn’t give my deposit back because they required a 24 hour notice. I tried to give them a 24 hour notice when I selected cancel when they asked me to confirm. If I had to cancel on a Friday, that’s technically a 72 hour notice. What’s even the point of the automated text message? Bad customer service. I will not make another appointment and I will make sure to tell all my friends to avoid this business as well.

Great communication and we could get in for treatment within a reasonable length of time. The veterinarian answered questions herself the next day after our appointment. Very efficient and friendly office atmosphere.

Highland Animal Clinic is a great place for pets. The doctors and techs are very caring and professional. I've been taking my cats and dogs there for over 30 years.

I take my three dogs to highland animal clinic. We have been through annual check ups, random health problems and even unexpected surgeries. The staff and Dr.’s care for my dogs and always follow up after appointments to confirm their health. They are transparent and consistent with pricing. When appointments are full they are usually able to add me to the cancellation list and get me in as soon as possible. Highly recommend Highland Animal Clinic.
