Got a free visit through an ad. They checked out my recently adopted senior cat for some concerns and provided me with amazing medicine and hospitality. The appointment room had plenty of toys and treats (and medical supplies)for cats and dogs. 100% going back for a check up/future visits up at this place

Amazing service at a reasonable price. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the person to see your dog before the doctor is knowledgeable and friendly, and the doctor I had was amazing. Put all my worries to rest and I was in and out and about 25 minutes.

My pitbull likes coming here! We’ve visit twice due to ear infections and allergies from being in the woods. Each visit has helped give him relief. Both visits were prescribed different medicine methods that have given him immediate comfort. A happy pooch that can comfortably sleep through the night without having any discomfort. That’s a big bonus. The online booking system is easy to navigate and communication has been great.

CAUTION, TONS OF HIDDEN FEES!!!! They didn't even fully examine my doggy properly or told me if anything was wrong... I also kept getting told it was 165 over the phone, even GURANTEED 165 and when I got to checkout it was OVER $250??? DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE POOR LIKE ME!!! TOTAL RIPOFF!! I gave them all I had but I'm very disappointed and saddened they'd do this to people. I flew down from Barrow for this appointment and now I don't even have enough money for food for the rest of my trip...

Chelsea was a big help over the phone. Great service. Wednesdays are discounted vaccination days and I believe most vacs are 15 bucks. 10/16/2021 new appointment Brought my dog in to have his ear infection remedied. He would not allow them to out a muzzle on him so we had to opt for sedation. I don't like to think about sedating animals because I have heard of issues with animals and their respiratory systems failing with this option. But he is I. So much agony with his ear infection that it is necessary at this point. Still awaiting the word to pick him up and concerned about this procedure. Left the vet clinic at 850am and it is now 1015am. Sigh

Been going to this vet for years with multiple pets. My dog spent the weekend in the hospital and requires a follow up visit with my regular vet in 10-14 days. What she has is manageable but fatal if not monitored closely. I explained this when I called and was told the soonest was 3 weeks out. I explained the importancy again and was met with “sorry that’s the best we can do.” I understand being booked out. I don’t understand not adjusting for a severe situation such as this. Not sure what has happened over the years but I won’t be taking my animals here anymore nor recommending them. Follow up to review. The office manager reached out to last week concerned about what occurred. She had a good solution to see my dog amount their busy schedule to accommodate the seriousness of her condition. I graciously declined as I had already made other arrangements. She appreciated my feedback and was going to take necessary steps to improve the clinics interaction with their customers and the community. Don’t count them out yet. Everyone deserves an opportunity to improve and mistakes will happen. It’s how a person or a company responds to it. Would change the star rating but want people to read the exchange. And I know from experience that “we” tend to read the 1-stars first. Hopefully mine is read and I hope this clinic makes those improvements. They have been around for decades in this town.
