The staff at the vet hospital were all very friendly, and definitely seemed very knowledgeable. For everything that had to be taken care of was able to be done in a timely manner. They did a great job of explaining which different things would be relating to my dog. I will definitely be happy to continue taking my dog to see them. I would also recommend this location to other people I know.

Napa West Pet Hospital is the only vet location that sees tortoises locally. It was definitely worth the 1 hour roundtrip drive to receive the quality care for our leopard tortoise. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming.

The low score is for the office staff-the first impression of the practice, they were not able to answer basic questions related to the practice, they were not helpful, would not even speak up so you could hear them, said they would call back/but no call back. Their main skill was securing your name and email so you could get on their mailing list. Seemingly no other concern for your needs or your animals needs. Not a good impression for the practice.

Absolute crooks. Tried to say my pet needed 5+ extractions and tried to charge me 1800 for it. Turns out my pet needed NO EXTRACTIONS YET WAS CHARGED OVER 1000$!!!! They put her through unnecessary trauma for a quick buck. They will lie straight to your face with a smile while they take your money and traumatize your pets. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE, THEY ARE COMPLETE RIP OFFS!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE!! THESE PEOPLE MAKE MONEY OFF FEAR MONGERING!!
