Took dog to location for a cough. Doctor only listen to heart sounds and breath sounds upon assessment. For that I was charged $45. No Blood Pressure, Pulse, O2 Sat, blood sugar. No one vital during assessment were these taken. I had left with no vitals take and I turned around and asked for them and receptionist stated that there was no need to assess vitals if the underline cause is not asking for vitals to be taken. I waited in waiting room longer then they assessed my animal. NO GO. Vitals are way to easy not to assess for the FIRST time ever going to this Vet.

Never go to this clinic; the staff mistreats pets when their owners are not present. The doctors are mediocre; they invent diagnoses to sell you medications your pet doesn't need. They only care about your money, not your pet's life. They charge you for procedures they don't perform, and if you complain, they mistreat your pet. The staff is rude, spending their time chatting instead of attending to recovering pets. They mistreates my sick dog and he almost die.

My entire family brings all their pets to this office. They are amazing and attentive. So far, I love the advice and attention my puppy has received here. They answer the phones promptly and are professional. My puppy loves the vet and enjoys coming to his appointments. There is a very friendly and cute office cat that roams around - so if you have cat allergies just be aware.
